Wellies in the Woods is a free course for families with preschool children to attend. Our course helps families improve their confidence to partake in outdoor play, reconnect with their local green spaces and helps to introduce families to literacy.
The Train the Trainer course is intended for professionals that are working with preschool children and their families and are providing outdoor education or would like to start providing outdoor education. This course will cover what is Wellies in the Woods and why we deliver the course. We will dive into the session plans and discuss topics like risk assessments.
