Are you over the age of 50 and looking for a boost of confidence, energy and positivity? Join us for a three day mindfulness experience!

About this event

The Wellness BOOST Camp is aimed at adults aged 50+, who would like to get a boost of energy and commit further to their wellbeing. Our three day training programme is designed to improve mental wellbeing, build resilience and develop a positive attitude towards life!

We will introduce you to the concept of Positive Psychology tools such as Mindfulness and other great tools which will help you to reflect, learn and celebrate you! This will be an interactive and supportive programme to encourage peer support and new networks.

You will have the opportunity to have taster beginners' sessions in (lead by expert teachers):

  • Tai Chi
  • Yoga
  • Mindfulness exercises
  • Clinical hypnosis
  • Zumba
  • Salsa

At the end of the experience, you will have the opportunity to continue with your Mindfulness journey and enter into our Support Groups- a mentoring and coaching programme centred around peer support and setting achievable goals to improve your mental and physical well being.

Dates: 13th, 14th, 15th October

Times: 10 am- 3pm (including an hour lunch break)
