Ayurveda Talk/Workshop – Ayurveda means the study of life. It takes a natural approach to all aspects of health and well-being. The interactive talk will be followed by a workshop where you plant-dye your own scrunchie.
Breathwork – Guided breathing techniques to enhance vitality, relieve anxiety, and create a sense of calm. For mothers juggling multiple roles, breathwork offers a simple yet powerful tool to find balance and inner peace.
