Description

We invite you to an energising morning of wellness to kick start 2018 and get rid of Post-Christmas blues.

Commonweath athletes Joanna Mills and Katie Kirk will guide you through pilates, a Nutrition/body confidence workshop and delicious brunch to prepare for the year ahead.

Jo is a qualified Stott Pilates instructor and Dental graduate. She currently holds classes at The Mary Peter's Track and Back on Track Physiotherapy in Dungannon. With classes in Jordanstown University commencing in the new year.

Katie is a chef and nutrition/food science student at Queen's University Belfast. She currently hosts monthly supperclubs at Bridewell Coffee in Donaghadee.

The event will be hosted indoors at the facilities at the Mary Peter's Track. This is where Katie & Joanna both discovered a love for athletics.

Ticket Includes -

- 60minute pilates class with Joanna.

- 45minute body confidence and nutrition talk with Katie.

- Two course brunch cooked by Katie.

- Draw to win a hamper & other prizes
