Learn what is meant by recovery, how hope plays a role in a person's recovery, how to manage your triggers and much more over 6 weeks.
About this event
The Wellness and Recovery workshops are for people who experience poor mental health, to assist them in developing an effective plan to aid their well-being and recovery journey.
On completion of these workshops participants will be able to identify triggers and coping strategies to develop and support their own recovery journey. The workshops will assist participants to have more control over their life and experiences.

Workshops take place over 6 sessions
Commencing Friday 28th January 2022
Spaces are limited so we ask that you check your availability for the following dates before booking your place. Depending on the amount of people who attend and have childcare responsibilities we may cancel the session that coincides with half term (18th Feb) and reschedule this for Friday 11th March. This will be decided as a group during the first session.

25th Feb, 12.30pm-2.30pm: Session 5: Coping Strategies’ and Support Networks
4th Mar, 12:30pm-2.30pm: Session 6: Self- advocacy and Hope
