What you will receive:
- Time and space to reconnect with nature.
- Water, tea, coffee served throughout the day.
- 6 nights accommodation is available in sharing rooms (single and double beds available with ensuite facilities).
- Bed & Breakfast (continental breakfast).
- Pre and post retreat support from myself.
- Art therapy. Using the medium of water paints or pencils, after a mini meditation, you will draw your Avatar for all to see maybe adding crystal chips and other embellishments to express your inner magic. All supplies will be provided.
- Crystal suncatcher workshop. We will all get the opportunity to create our very own piece of magic to take home with us, incorporating the chakra colours through crystal chips.
- Workbook and personal journal for note taking, ideas, inspiration - whatever you fancy.
- Daily Meditations including breathwork, guided meditations, mantras and essential oils throughout the day.
- Sound healing using shamanic drums, rattles, singing bowls, koshi chimes and rain discs.
- Intro kit including essential oils, crystal tumblestones, roller bottle and a few surprises.
- 10ml roller bottle Guaiacwood essential oil - to enhance your meditation and reflections.
- AromaTouch hand technique workshop. Learn how to apply this beautiful technique (includes oils) taking this home with you to treat your loved ones.
- Oil workshops. Learn what essential oils are, how to use them, why you would want to use them and how they can support you emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.
- Reiki. Tap into the Universal Life force as you raise your vibrations, balance and align your chakras. (you will be able to choose between one session of Reiki or Symphony of Cells during your stay).
- Symphony of Cells. Surrender yourself to the power of the gifts of the earth in the form of a gentle application of the oils to the spine and feet (extra sessions are possible and will be payable locally).
- Roller blends with crystals workshop. As we explore the connection between the stars, the Western and Chinese zodiac signs and characteristics, we will create a unique roller blend adding crystal chips to enhance the potency already found in the oils to bring out your Avatar. All equipment is provided including the roller bottle, a choice of crystal chips, essential oils and the carrier oil.
- Intuitive Coaching. There will be time during the day where you will be free to delve deeper and request some private 1-2-1 coaching with myself.
- Enriching Conversations. I encourage you to dig deep and let your Avatar out.
- Time alone to reflect. Whether that be sat by the pool soaking in the sun's rays or strolling through the local village.
- Wi-Fi connection - as much as we want you to switch off, we also understand that you have loved ones back at home and may wish to connect with them in your free time.
- Transportation during the retreat during the visit to Ggantija Temples.

Yes. Although they do have their own language, English is spoken by most of the Gozitans.
In Malta and Gozo they use Euro
Yes. Early Bird prices are available. The cut off date is 8th April 2024 after which the prices revert back to their full amount.
Yes. Once you have reserved your space with a deposit, I would suggest you book your flights. Transfers will be arranged once flight times are handed over
First we will fly to Luqa Airport in Malta. Transport will be arranged to take everybody directly to the venue. This involves going by ferry from Malta to Gozo. Travel time from airport to Gozo will be approx 3 hours taking ferry crossing time into account.
No they will be charged locally (€30 pp each way)
All travel requirements will be the responsibility of each participant. This allows you to tailor them better to suit you. Flights are not included in the price for the retreat.
After feedback from the last event and careful consideration, we have decided to provide breakfast in the form of a continental breakfast. Lunch and evening meal will be enjoyed in the many local restaurants and cafes that surround us in the beautiful village of Xaghra.
It is always advisable to take out travel insurance once you have booked to cover any and all eventualities that may arise.
There are 3 rooms - each with a double bed and a single bed. There is 1 room with two single beds. Three of the bedrooms are ensuite. The prices have been broken down to enable you to book a private room with ensuite at a supplemented charge.
This retreat is suitable for everybody as you will be able to choose the lunch and main course of the evening meals yourself. Breakfast is continental so there will be dairy and some cold meats but these will be seperate from the rest.
Yes. Air Conditioning is available throughout and can be used at no extra cost to you.
Towels will be provided to use in the bath/shower. You will need to bring a beach towel with you for pool and to use during your free time (there is a beach quite close)
The weather in Malta and Gozo is still very warm with highs of 25' lows of 18' so just right really.
No the venue has been booked as a whole unit so the pool will be private to our guests only.
Yes so you will be able to wash everything before returning home including beach towels.
Toilet paper is provided to start (I will replace when needed) you will need to bring shower gels and shampoos etc. Hairdryer and iron will also be available
