Energising Sun Salutation


Flow through Sun Salutation sequences, syncing breath with movement. Gradually increase intensity, allowing our bodies to awaken.

2:15 PM - 2:25 PM

Movement and Exploration of Space


Encourage dynamic movement across the space—walking, shifting, spinning, and stretching. Participants are invited to respond to music, rhythm, or internal sensations, promoting freedom of movement.

Structured routine and Self Expression


A simple movement sequence to build connection and fluidity. Allowing room for self-expression, encouraging creative improvisation

Cool Down


Slow movements down with stretches and restorative poses.

Move through gentle stretches that lengthen and revitalise, followed by fluid sequences designed to promote strength, freedom, and joy. This session encourages full-body engagement, helping you reconnect with yourself through music, movement, and mindful awareness.
