Join international yoga teacher Caleb Jude Packham for a powerful weekly practice that blends movement, breathwork and stillness to reset your nervous system and reconnect you to your strength.
This is yoga that moves the body and shifts the mind. No fluff. Just real tools to help you feel grounded, clear and strong.

Nope. Mats and bricks are provided. Just come as you are, in something you can move and breathe in.
Yes. All levels are welcome. Whether you're brand new to yoga or deep in your practice, you'll be guided and supported throughout.
Yes – good energy is better shared. Just make sure they book their spot in advance. Space is limited.
Whatever you feel good moving in. No shoes on the mat. Layers are great for relaxation at the end.
There are loos on site, but best to arrive dressed and ready to flow.
We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you can’t make it, let us know at least 24 hours before class and we’ll do our best to transfer your booking to another session. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
