The past 12 months have been difficult in numerous ways. We want to give you some enjoyment and relaxation as well as something to put in your diaries! Let's bring the spring in together!
Each event is free to attend with optional donations to the Alzheimer's Society.
Yana is a yoga teacher and humanitarian who is dedicated to spreading light around the world through service and yoga. As many of others her love to yoga started with Asana practice more than 10 years ago.
Beyond the physical practice, she enjoys teaching Meditation to integrate the mind-body connection into daily life whether you are a curious beginner or a serious student.
Yoga and Meditations really helped her to go through a lot in life, gave a greater sense of purpose and inner peace.
She wants to share those benefits with you. To find that PEACE with yourself, that BALANCE.
That feeling, no matter what, you are going to be OK.
This 20 mins guided meditation will help you reflect on all the ways you’ve invested in yourself and the good you’ve done, and how that can have an impact on the people and world around you. After dedicating your practice, you’ll consider ways to continue supporting yourself and maybe build a regular meditation habit.
