What do I need to bring?

Mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer, you will need to bring a blanket and cushion for your comfort during the sound bath.

Are there any health restrictions?

Please note that while the sound bath is a gentle and relaxing experience, it may not be suitable for all individuals: highly sensitive to sound, experience significant mental health challenges, pregnant, have metal inside the body or a heart condition. Please contact the provider if unsure.
