It’s a 90-minute group class filled with movement, art, laughter, breath, creativity, and connection—blending everything from neurosomatics and hypnotherapy to dance and doodles. It’s for grown-ups who are tired of just coping and ready to feel a little more alive. No experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just come as you are—messy, tired, joyful, curious—and we’ll meet you there. This is your space to move, express, reset and go give life a little more welly 🥳
