The conference is open to all teachers, technicians, newly qualified teachers and trainee teachers.
This year's theme is Transition - from GCSE to A-level and from A-level to University.
Come along and discuss issues relevant to your own class teaching, discover the latest developments in chemical science research and learn more about the support and resources available to help you teach chemistry.
Outcomes
At this conference you will:
· network and share good practice with other teachers of chemistry,
· develop and update your knowledge through discussion with scientists involved in cutting edge research, and
· discover a range of enriching resources to help stimulate students’ enthusiasm for chemistry.
Funding
Attendance at the conference is free but I'm afraid we've reached the maximum number of ENTHUSE Bursaries from STEM Learning Ltd.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Please contact us if you have any dietary or accessibility requirements.
This conference is one of the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Learn Chemistry Partnership events. The Learn Chemistry Partnership is a free programme which enables schools to connect to us and make the most of our activities and resources.
