Welsh Meat & Sauce Course

Located in the foothills of Snowdonia and on the edges of the salt marshes, we are in a prime location to take advantage of the high quality local meat available to us. Working with independent accredited farmers who supply PGI status Welsh beef and Welsh Lamb we are always use locally sourced meat with full traceability all the way back to the farm.
Here at Bodnant we use the finest meats from Welsh black beef to the best lamb Wales has to offer.
During this course you will learn techniques such as butchery, tying meat and stuffing; plus we will show you the best way to ensure your meat is cooked to the highest standards.
We will make a range of sauces to accompany the meat and stuffing and at the end of the day we will try all the meat and sauces you have cooked.
After your course you will leave felling confident in cooking meat and making sauces at home and we will also award you with a certificate of attendance.
