Nod y cynhadledd, a ariennir gan Lywodraeth Cymru, yw codi ymwybyddiaeth o wasanaethau ymosodiadau rhywiol, rhannu syniadau ac arferion gorau presennol a chael mewnwelediad gwerthfawr gan oroeswyr a'r rhai sy'n gweithio gyda dioddefwyr a goroeswyr i sicrhau bod y gwasanaethau a ddarparwn yng Nghymru yn canolbwyntio ar ddioddefwyr, waeth beth fo'u hoedran, rhywedd, cyfeiriadedd rhywiol, crefydd a chefndir diwylliannol.
Mae'r gynhadledd yn agored i staff meddygol ac anfeddygol y GIG, yr heddlu, gweithwyr cymdeithasol a sefydliadau'r sector cyhoeddus a'r trydydd sector ledled Cymru sy'n gweithio'n agos gyda dioddefwyr a goroeswyr.
