Welcome to the Welsh Women's Wellness Club - Wellness Walk!
Come join us for a gentle walk in the beautiful surroundings of Tredegar Park. This event is a great opportunity to chat, connect and make plans with like-minded women who share your love of wellness. This walk is suitable for all fitness levels. We will meet outside Able + Taste at 11am.
Please don't worry about coming to this group on your own. I totally understand that it is daunting to put yourself out there, but my aim is for all of us wellness girlies to make some new connections with similar interests.
