About this Event

Wembley Park’s FREE fireworks spectacular Light Up The Night is back this Sunday 10th November 2019.

The family-friendly festival celebrates Brent’s diversity in an explosion of music, colours, fire and light, combining the best of Bonfire Night and Diwali. It’s a free event for everyone to enjoy, creating a unique experience for the communities of Brent and London-wide.

Wembley Park’s Light Up The Night festival has a jam-packed lineup including a carnival parade, live performances, funfair rides and the ultimate fireworks display across Wembley Park.

Kicking off at 5PM, the free festival starts with funfair rides, street food and roaming performers in Market Square, leading to the fantastic fire and light carnival parade created by Emergency Exit Arts around 6PM, culminating in a fireworks spectacular at 7PM.

Join us as Wembley Park’s streets and boulevards are illuminated by the mesmerising light parade featuring live bands, hundreds of lanterns made by the local community, dancers and magical light-up puppets, including a truly jaw-dropping Firebird.

The parade will also include performers from celebrated Wembley costume design visionaries Mahogany Carnival Arts, best known for their large-scale, kinetic costumes admired by millions at Notting Hill Carnival.

Following the parade the highly-anticipated fireworks specular starts at 7PM over Wembley Park, choreographed to a bespoke selected playlist for the occasion.

Throughout the night a street food market and funfair rides will fill Market Square.

After the fireworks are over, London Designer Outlet and Boxpark Wembley will still be open for you to carry on the fun!

We look forward to seeing you there.
