Event Details

Wembley Special Train 

* Please not all times are approximate and will be confirmed prior to departure.

Thursday 10/11/2016  2pm onwards Pre train Party, Sportsters Bar Edinburgh

Thursday 10/11/2016  10.30pm Train departure Edinburgh Waverley station

Friday 11/11/2016 7.00 am Arrive London Euston Station

Friday 11/11/2016  11.00 pm Train departure Wembley Central

Saturday 12/11/2016 7.00 am Train arrival  back at Edinburgh Waverley Station

*Please note that the train arrives in London Euston to allow you free time to explore London, however after match the train will depart from Wembley Central for your convenience and so we can get back hame sharpish!

Cost- Deposit £39 followed by two x £50 instalments . (1st instalments to be paid two months after deposit, then 2nd deposit two months later again)

(Total cost being £139)

Please ensure that you carefully read these Booking Conditions. Important information is included, setting out contractual terms and conditions applying to bookings you make with Fu'Shillin Ltd Ltd.


Making a Booking

A non-refundable deposit of £39 per person must be paid. With a further deposit of £50 being paid 2 months from the original payment and and a final £50 two months from then. Note, if payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.


Your Contract

Your contract comes into force once money has been paid to Fu'Shillin Ltd. The laws of Scotland govern this contract and any action that may arise under, in connection with, or in relation to the contract may be brought only in the courts of Scotland.


Our Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to bookings at any time. Such changes occur infrequently. If it becomes necessary to implement a significant change, you will be informed as soon as we have become aware and have found an alternative that we can offer to you. Significant changes include a change in departure time of over five hours or a change of transport for a game.


 Fu'Shillin Ltd is not liable for any train cancellation due to lack of numbers or cancellation on behalf of the train operators.



Your Changes

If you want to change any part of your trip once the booking has been made, we will try our best to assist. However if the train charter company charges Fu'Shillin Ltd we reserve the right to pass these charges on to you as well as an amendment fee of £10.00 per person. (This is very unlikely) In order that we can advise you of the exact position, please ensure that all changes required are made in writing, and please note that all changes will only come into effect once we have confirmed these in writing to you.



If you cancel your trip this must be made in writing and if we have to cancel because payment has not been received, we will be unable to refund monies already received from you. We suggest that you have travel cancelation cost insurance to cover you for such eventualities.



Should you encounter any problems during the trip please inform a steward immediately who will endeavour to solve the problem. If it is not possible to resolve the problem at the time please contact  Fu'Shillin Ltd by telephone on 01786 4711134. If a complaint still cannot be resolved please send details in writing to  Fu'Shillin Ltd  within 28 days of the end of the trip. After this period we do not accept responsibility for complaints. Please note that we do not accept liability for consequential loss. Apart from personal injury claims our maximum liability to you is limited to the price of your trip.



If a client’s behaviour is such that it is in our opinion, likely to cause damage, annoyance, distress or danger to our staff, property or other clients or to any third party, we reserve the right to, at our complete discretion, terminate without notice the trip arrangements of that client. Our responsibility for your trip ceases if you are prevented from travelling because, in the opinion of any person in authority, you appear to be likely to disturb or cause discomfort to other passengers or are unfit to travel.

In all cases of this nature full cancellation charges will apply and we accept no responsibility what so ever for any costs, refund or compensation.


Alcohol and Misuse of Drugs

No alcohol is allowed to be consumed on train. If any passenger is found to be taking illegal substances then they will not be allowed to travel on the return journey.



Getting on correct Train

The passenger is responsible for making sure that he/she joins the correct Train and that he/she gets on and off at the correct station. We will not be responsible for any loss or delay caused as a result of the passenger joining the wrong Train or getting on or off at the wrong station, unless such loss or delay is due to our negligence or the negligence of our staff or agents.

Fu'Shillin Ltd will not be liable for circumstances that are not within our control which include:

Acts or threatened acts of vandalism or terrorism;

Suicides or accidents involving trespassers or passengers;

Motor vehicles striking bridges or level crossings, or blocking the tracks;

Gas leaks, fires or floods not caused by us, our employees or agents or route closures at the request of the police or emergency services;

Weather conditions;

Industrial action, riot, civil commotion or armed conflict;

Train or infrastructure failure due to electrical or other defect not caused by us, our employees or agents;

Acts of God;

The acts of any person who is not an agent or employee of ours;

Government action or that of any other competent authority, or a national emergency.



If the passenger brings any luggage on to a train the passenger will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss caused by it as a result of his / her failing to take reasonable care of it.


We reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time.


Other information


 Fu'Shillin Ltd accept no responsibility what so ever for any expense or delay incurred due to irregularity in travel documentation. Health Certificate, and travel insurance are your responsibility.

Please note; -For group bookings, we will endeavour to accommodate group in same train carriage, however this depends on availability and so cannot be guaranteed.


Payment can be made on line using our secure PayPal service, by deposit and then a second payment two months later, or by sending cheque made payable to  Fu'Shillin Ltd for full amount or two cheques with deposit and post dated second cheque.

A booking form must be completed. Booking forms can be sent via email.


All customers will be allocated a reference number and carriage number for the train.
