WeMindTheGap Trusted Referrer Event - Wrexham (September 2025)

WeMindTheGap is a social mobility charity that has supported young people for over 10 years. We offer opportunities for young people aged 16–25 across Wrexham.

We invite you to join us for our upcoming Trusted Referrer Meeting:

The event will take place on Thursday, 25 September 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wrexham WeConnect Hub, Ty Avow, 21 Egerton Street, Wrexham LL11 1ND.

This breakfast networking event will provide:

• A full overview of our programmes and how you can support young people through referrals.
• An opportunity to connect with other professionals and share insights from your respective fields.
• Complimentary refreshments including tea, coffee and pastries.

Whether you’ve referred a young person to us before, have someone in mind, or are simply interested in learning more, we welcome you to attend.
