Terms and Conditions

1. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to IPS’s events terms and conditions and events code of conduct.

2. The details you provide will be used in line with IPS’s GDPR obligations. For information on how we handle your personal data please see our Privacy Policy.

3. The refund policy is applicable to all ticket types and refunds are not automatically generated and are net of Eventbrite fees. Members and non-members who are unable to attend can transfer the booking to another person by changing the name on the Eventbrite ticket. The booker will need to ‘edit the attendee information within the order details’ on Eventbrite.
