What the content will be:
The programme for the day will include energising sessions and motivational case studies nationally and from across the Wessex region showcasing excellence in patient safety and improvement. Plenary speakers include:

- Patricia Miller; Chief Executive, Dorset County Hospital NHS FT
- Sir Stephen Moss, KBE; Non-Executive Director, Derby Hospitals and HEE
- James Titcombe, OBE; Patient Safety Specialist, Datix
Why would I attend:
To meet other members of the Wessex Community of Safety and Improvement Practice; to hear about success stories of work and initiatives taking place in patient safety and improvement; and consider how these can be spread across the region – starting with you and your organisation
Online registration is required to attend this event. Please report to the Mayflower Foyer for registration. Refreshments, poster display and exhibition stands will be available from 8.30 am; the conference will start promptly at 9.15 am.
As part of the event you will also have the opportunity a 'Learning from Others' workshop and an 'Improvement' workshop. You will need to register for these when you book your conference place. Workshop spaces are limited and will be offered on a first-come basis so we recommend early registration if you wish to attend a particular session.
We have chosen areas that present particular difficulties to many of us delivering healthcare across the region, alongside offering interactive sessions to provide delegates the opportunity to apply improvement skills and learning.
Please see our conference webpages for more information on our workshops.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
