Come and see a platinum OPAL playtime in action – ask the children about how they manage risk and the grown-ups about the changes they have seen.
1:30pm–2:45pm OPAL networking
Hear about the Lickey End's OPAL journey and network with other OPAL schools about the successes, top tips and challenges of the process.
About Lickey End First School
Lickey End First School is a small village primary, catering for children from Reception to Year 4. They gained their OPAL Platinum Award in January 2025 and are a shining example of how play continues even in the muddiest of weathers. The school also runs free-flow lunches, allowing children to choose when they eat throughout the lunchtime period.
Additional information
Please use the local car park, which is a two-minute walk from the school, or park on neighbouring streets. A map will be sent to attendees closer to the event.
Only two tickets per school. If you can no longer come, please let us know so we can release your place to another school.
