You are invited to an exclusive behind-the-scenes visit to Glasgow Airport, hosted by the airport’s team. This unique opportunity offers rare access to the airside and critical parts of the airport campus, providing valuable insights into the operations, safety protocols and equipment used at one of the UK’s busiest regional airports.
Event Details:
Location: Glasgow Airport Campus (meeting point will be confirmed via email)
Limited Places: Maximum of 30 attendees – early booking essential due to security clearance requirements and escort ratios.
PPE Requirements: Please bring your own high-visibility jacket. All other PPE will be provided on the day.
Security Requirements:To access restricted areas, all attendees must complete a security clearance process at least two weeks before the visit.
After registering, your name and contact email will be shared with Kenny Brown at Glasgow Airport for the purpose of sending you the required security documentation.
You will receive an email cc'ing Kenny’s Glasgow Airport account, containing a security questionnaire. You must:
- Print, read, and sign the questionnaire
- Provide a recent passport-style photograph
- Provide a photograph of either your valid passport or UK driving licence
- Take a clear photograph of your signed questionnaire
These documents must be emailed back as instructed, no later than two weeks before the visit.
Please note: We cannot admit anyone who has not completed the security clearance in time.
