There will be expert speakers from Millbrook Healthcare, West Sussex County Council (WSCC) and Sussex Community Foundation Trust (SCFT) who will be sharing their knowledge and experiences to give prescribers essential information about the equipment service and their responsibilities within the context of the CES contract.
Community equipment enables people to stay in their own homes, or return to their own homes quicker, avoiding the number of people requiring long-term care. We are excited to see you there!
