About this event

Curated by Anna FC Smith, this exhibition explores everyday folklore, memories, and personal stories created by participants in Everyday’s workshops. The works reflect family histories, personal tales, and the legends that shape our identities.

The title is a quote from Clay Club member Alicia, who passed away this year. The exhibition also features “For Alicia: A Place To Come and To Feel Good,” a tribute display made by Clay Club members in her memory.

Clay Club is a weekly ceramics group, run by Everyday, for those facing barriers to the arts. It offers a space for creative expression, connection, and wellbeing, where a strong sense of community has flourished. Currently finishing it's second year, Clay Club was funded by The National Lottery Community Fund Awards For All and has become an important part of Everyday's core programme.
