Join us for the fourth talk in our Severn Series, a collection of online webinars exploring the life beneath the surface of the UK's longest river.
Join us to learn about these fascinating freshwater invertebrates and discover the vital role they play in river ecosystems. Unlocking the Severn Volunteer Officer Rachel will be explaining what riverfly are, why they are important and how they can be used as indicators of water quality.
This free talk will be hosted on Zoom and will be interpreted by a British Sign Language interpreter.
Joining details will be sent out to registered participants in advance using the email address provided. The talk will be tailored to adults but is also suitable for older children, who should be supervised during the event.
Unlocking the Severn is being delivered by Canal & River Trust, Severn Rivers Trust, Environment Agency and Natural England. It is made possible thanks to funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the European Union LIFE Programme.
