Dr Seán Williams of the University of Sheffield explores individuality, creativity and social inclusion through the history of the hairdresser. Dr Williams is a BBC / AHRC New Generation Thinker 2016 and an elected fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
