What can you learn from innovation in the entertainment sector?
Overview
Get an exclusive look behind the scenes of entertainment studio Fabric Magic, the creative force behind the popular youth series #LikeMe, which kick-started the careers of pop stars such as Pommelien Thijs and Camille.
Fabric Magic’s success didn’t come easy. The dream factory faced several innovation challenges around funding models, leadership, talent development and technological shifts such as AI.
Innovation in the entertainment sector can teach us a lot about challenges every sector faces:
- How do you stay innovative and financially agile in a hypercompetitive market?
- How do you build an ecosystem that continues to fuel new business and fresh creative ideas?
- How do you keep purpose and passion alive when budgets are under pressure?
- How do you spot talent and develop it sustainably?
Join the conversation, learn and connect with experts and peers during this Strategy & Innovation Challenge at Antwerp Management School.
