Event Information
Description
This Autumn sees the second run of my monthly Supper Club in our home in Charlbury. We had such great fun hosting some sell out dinners in spring and early summer, we've decided to go again.
Expect delicious, vibrant local food, good music and delectable company. You’ll be seated on large tables, so feel free to come alone or in a small group. Good quality produce is at the heart of my cooking, much of it is organic (and not fiddled about with too much), using and name-checking local suppliers.
The ticket price includes four courses, bread, coffee and a sweet treat. I'm happy to cater for dietary requirements but will need at least 7 days notice.
For more about what I do:
I sold my café, Oxfork to Turl Street Kitchen in 2014 when I was pregnant with my first child. Two children and getting some travelling now under my belt we decided to move to Charlbury, a lovely small town close to where me and my partner Tom grew up. I’m really excited to get back in the kitchen this Autumn whilst there’s an abundance of produce and robust flavours, I’m supper excited to once again share my passion for cooking, seasonality and great ingredients.
After a career in music and the arts at 30 I retrained to cook at Leiths School of Food and Wine. You find me here after stints working at The Magdalen Arms, Natural Bread Company, Silvie, Burford Garden Company, The Potting Shed and The Straw Kitchen as well as cooking for a number of private clients including Annie Sloan and Riverford Organic

FAQs
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
If travelling by car please park in the Spendlove Centre carpark (OX7 3PQ), or around. There is no parking at the house but it’s just a 2-3 minute walk from here. There are regular trains and some buses between Oxford and Charlbury. We are a ten minute walk from the station. There are also a few taxi companies based in Charlbury, for details: https://www.charlbury.info/business#
What can I bring to the event?
This is a BYOB event, so please bring whatever you would like to drink with you – we’re happy to keep wines and soft drinks chilled for you . We also provide still and sparkling tap water for the table.
How does your Supper Club Work?
We’ll be hosting up to 20 people on large, shared tables. It’s a great opportunity to feel a sense of community and meet new people. Please arrive at 7.30pm as everyone will eat together in one sitting – think of it as being somewhere between a dinner party and a restaurant in that respect.
What if I have dietary requirements?
No problem. Please let me know 7 days in advance and I will my very best to make sure you’re catered for. Please note though that I do use nuts in my kitchen so I’m unable to cater for severe nut allergies.
