This immersive session is an intimate journey into what it is you like about coffee, designed to equip you with the knowledge to choose exactly the right coffee for your palate.

In the session we will:

• Map your palate, giving you clear ideas of what you are tasting in coffee and where you perceive them.
• Unlock the lexicon of coffee and help you describe your favourite tastes.
• Help you separate taste from aroma and introduce you to the classic flavours and tastes in coffee.
• Finish with a trio of Single Origin coffees for you to try and help you distinguish your favourite through descriptive analysis.
