Event Information
About this Event
To help Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) find out what you know about local NHS mental health support and what you think could be improved. We are running a series of independent virtual workshops.
These workshops will be on:
- Tuesday 19th January 2021 at 10am - 11:30am
- Tuesday 26th January 2021 at 1pm - 2:30pm
- Thursday 11th February 2021 at 5:30pm - 7pm
- Tuesday 16th February 2021 at 9:30am - 11am
We want to know if you face barriers that make your experience different to others.
During the meeting we will talk about:
- communication,
- access to support,
- how staff treated you and more.
Even if you haven’t had any support for your mental health, your opinions are still very important.
We want to find out whether you are confident that you know how and where to get support for your mental health should you need it.
We also want to understand the main pressures on your mental wellbeing and what support you expect to be available.
The sessions will be a respectful and safe space for you to share your views and experiences to help make changes to local services.
All feedback we collect will be kept anonymous. Your name will be kept private and won’t be put in our report.
Our final report will inform NSFT’s strategy for 2021/22. Feedback will also be used to make recommendations to other organisations such as the Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group.
Please note that if you are under 16 years old, please answer the extra question to make sure you have parental consent to join the session.
