Join a focused consultation session to help shape a new national resource on what good retention looks like for regulated professionals in adult social care. We want to hear directly from the people who know the work best social workers, occupational therapists, nurses, physiotherapists and allied health professionals.

Across these 1 hour 30 minute sessions, we’ll explore the conditions that help practitioners stay, thrive and develop in their roles, including workload, leadership, professional identity, autonomy, induction, supervision, CPD and wellbeing. Your insight will inform practical guidance for councils and support improvements across the sector.

Profession-specific sessions are available, along with a cross-profession “catch-all” group. If you can’t attend your dedicated slot, you’re welcome to join whichever session works best for you.
