People will give short talks about their dishes, then these will be provided as a delicious buffet for attendees to sample. There will also be a storyteller - Grethe Mangala Jensen - who will be weaving interesting tales linked to childhood and memory, from different cultures.Crucially Spark will be engaging attendees to talk about how we celebrate and recognise different stories and heritage across Chelmsford in the future.
