In this class where I will talk you through 3 new ways of using them to make the menu below:
Pan Roasted Chicken Breast with Onion Jam
Star Anise & Carrot Broth with Carrot & Leek Dumpling & Pangratatto
Mushroom & Cauliflower Carpaccio with Hazelnuts-Celery Pesto
At the end of it, I will show you how to plate up your feast, before you sit down to enjoy your handmade delights. You'll also have the confidence to make these and other variations whenever you feel like having them.

SHOP THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED FOR THE CLASS. I WILL SEND YOU YOUR RECIPE CARD AND SHOPPING LIST (WHICH WILL INCLUDE DIETARY SUBSTITUITIONS)
I WILL SEND YOU THE ZOOM DETAILS TO JOIN THE CLASS. USUALLY THE DAY BEFORE THE CLASS.
DO CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT LIST & SET UP YOUR KITCHEN READY FOR MAKING THE MENU.
