This free, one-hour introduction is designed for anyone working in or around children’s services: social workers, advocates, participation leads, support staff, educators, community workers, or anyone interested in how children, young people and families can raise concerns and seek accountability.

We’ll cover:

  • The three-stage statutory process (and how it works in practice)
  • Common myths and misunderstandings
  • Why complaints are a vital part of safeguarding and accountability
