The aim of this event is: To reflect on tried and tested tools and techniques and consider if they still have value or how they might be updated and brought back into use.
At the end of this short session it is expected that participants will:
- Have experienced one of 5 learning categories, as designated by CIPD, from the last decade.
- Considered these tools and techniques in relation to the principles of the learning organisation.
- Reflected on what worked well or not so well, how improvements could be made and what could or should be taken forward into our Learning & Development practice.
This session will be led by: Peter Kemp who is a member of the Learning and Development Special Interest Group and has gained a wealth of experience in learning and development from a varied career across private, public and not for profit organisations over the last 30 years. He is passionate about making investments that deliver positive impact and help to achieve organisational success.
The session will be hosted by: MacRoberts, Edinburgh
Professional photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images may be used on future promotional materials for CIPD. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials.
