Join us for an informative session on ADHD and its impact in the workplace with practical tips and tools that HR Consultants can use to support their clients. Find out how to use Nick's Access to Work services to add pragmatic options for your clients and their employees.

Nick Silverstone is a Fractional MD and an ADHDWorks-certified Senior Leaders ADHD Coach. He specialises in coaching neurodiverse founders, business leaders, and senior leadership teams, helping them unlock the potential that often comes with neurodiversity; even when it’s not always obvious.

Having lived with ADHD and dyslexia himself, Nick understands the challenges of feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or not good enough. At the same time, he knows that these traits, when supported properly, can become powerful strengths.

Through coaching, mentoring, and training, he works with leaders and teams to tackle issues such as procrastination, burnout, and rejection sensitivity. More importantly, he focuses on creating cultures where people can thrive, not just survive. His sessions are also ‘Access to Work’ eligible.

For Nick, it’s not just about providing support. It’s about building workplaces where difference is recognised as a strength and where loyalty, creativity, and impact naturally follow.
