What is Eco TA?
Eco TA Workshop 1: Thursday 2nd May 2024 18.00 until 20.00 BST
Workshop Outline
Launched in 2020, Eco TA is a cross-field approach to working as transactional analysts in alliance with the Earth.
At the first workshop in this series, we will be exploring the work of Barrow & Marshall, digging into the origins of Eco TA, how this came to be, and what it means to each of us.
Who is it aimed at?
For Trainees and practitioners in practice, or nearing starting practice, who want to include ecological considerations within their work.
Aims
- To provide an introductory level of information into the field of Eco TA
- To provide information to participants to help them locate the ecological philosophy within the field of TA
- To support participants to consider how Eco TA aligns with their own TA philosophy and approach
Learning Objectives
Participants should
- Form an understanding of how Eco TA as a field aligns to their personal approach to TA
- Have a basic understanding of the origins and philosophy of Eco TA
