About this Event

Delegates will learn to:

• have an awareness of their preferred style of processing information, in research and work;

• be aware of the impact their preferred style has on others;

• have developed improved strategies for working with others.

This session is aimed at internal Early Career Researchers, Post Docs, Research Staff - Postgraduate Researchers are eligible to attend but must book through https://mypgr.le.ac.uk/

This session is facilitated by Martin Coffey who delivers careers and employability provision to postgraduate research students across the three colleges of the University, working from college-specific employability strategies. Provision includes a PhD internship programme and career and enterprise skills training, both face-to-face and online. He facilitates sector-specific employer events and one-to-one career consultations. Provision extends to University staff as and when required.
