Google the phrase “HR Transformation” and you get about 465,000 results and an abundance of whitepapers, models & case studies from PwC, EY & KPMG. Now, Google “Recruitment Transformation” and it’s a different story. You get about 4,500 results (1% by comparison) and not a big-4 consultancy in sight. It’s not surprising recruitment remains such a problem for so many. So, what is Recruitment Transformation and what does it look like in your business? In this short presentation, Stuart will share his own methodology for in-house recruitment transformation – a model that can be used to help companies stop reactive recruitment and start strategic resourcing.
Stuart Jones is the founder of InSource Talent - a Recruitment Transformation Consultancy & Training business dedicated to the UK In-House Recruitment & HR community. With a recruitment career spanning nearly 20 years, Stuart now coaches in-house recruiters in the very latest recruitment strategies, tools & techniques, and has consulted with some of the UK’s best known companies on how to achieve recruitment transformation in their own businesses. He is a recognised expert in the use of social media for recruitment & employer branding and has contributed as a blogger & presenter at recruitment and resourcing events including The FIRM’s (Forum for In-house Recruitment Managers) ‘Building Resourcing Capability’ conference & CIPD events. If you want more insight into what Stuart will be covering at the event they can access his latest blog on the same topic here: http://ow.ly/tgO53089ge2
