Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other Participating Countries.
This a fantastic opportunity for entrepreneurs who have three years or more experience to share their knowledge and experience and get some 'hands on' help from an entrepreneur starting out.
For new entrepreneurs, this is an opportunity to learn from someone more advanced than you as well as have the opportunity to live in another European country and receive a bursary to help with this.
If you want to find out more, please come to this informative session run jointly by Manchester Metropolitan University, Euclid Network and UnLtd where we'll talk you through the process, hear from those who have participated and help you sign up!
The Centre for Enterprise (CfE), founded in 2001, is an established team of enterprising academics, based within Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). The Centre’s primary purpose is to work with North West business owners to help them grow their business. As the Centre has expanded, this enterprise activity has also extended internally within MMU, where the Centre works with students to help them start-up a business and academics to help them commercialise their work. The Centre also has a research team that pumps the latest knowledge into these three core activities, specialising in business growth, entrepreneurial mind-set, leadership and sustainability. The goal of the Centre is to drive university enterprise impact upon North West regional economic growth, UK and European policy development and international advancement of knowledge. It is a self-financing Centre, funded entirely through private commercial sponsorship, commercial programme fees and secured competitive public funding.
