We shall hear from a number of specialist childcare services supporting children with disabilities and complex needs who will share their experiences and expert knowledge. The Scottish Commission for People with Learning Difficulties (SCLD) will also present results from their recent research report, “Building Blocks: Exploring the barriers and facilitators to Early Learning and childcare for children with learning disabilities in Scotland.”
