Co-hosted by OLLMOO and Zalando, the upcoming session of the Future Women Leaders Connect series invites you to a panel discussion focused on successful leadership and followed by networking.
Featured speakers from OLLMOO, Zalando, and Siemens will share insights on their professional journeys, both as team members and as leaders. By reflecting on the best (and worst) leaders they’ve encountered, as well as by sharing their personal approaches to leadership, panellists will provide varied perspectives on what makes a great leader.
After the panel, join us on the rooftop terrace for drinks and light bites. This informal session is a chance for attendees to exchange personal leadership experiences, offer advice, and discuss lessons learned. Participants are encouraged to identify their strengths and tap into them as the basis of their approach to leadership.
Leadership has no single definition; it is inherently multifaceted and diverse. As a result, everyone can be a leader in a way that is both effective and authentic to themselves.
Featured Speakers:
- Katherine Moos – Founder and CEO, OLLMOO Future Women Leaders

- Kenneth Melchior – VP Lounge, Sponsor Women’s Network, Zalando
- Ramilya Krawinkel – VP Partner Platform, Sponsor Women’s Network, Zalando
