About this event

This session is about embodied supervisory practice. Although there are some simple ‘how to guides’ for some of the tools on Zoom which can be useful when using creative methods in online supervision, this session is much more than that.

This session is suitable for people who ‘had’ to move to online supervision and can’t wait to never do it again, and also for those for whom online supervision feels like home, and of course those in between.

This session aims to Explore what makes online supervision good?

This will be done by exploring:

· why online supervision?

· the theology of online supervision.

· how we engage in online supervision well?

· when to use online or not online supervision.

· how engaging well with online supervision impacts on good practice in onsite supervision.

Who should come to this series of events?

All trained Reflective Supervisors are warmly invited to attend this training. We ask that you be have completed your initial supervision training (6 days) and be working under the policy of the Methodist Church in Britain.
