Sharing the practical lessons of happiness and wellbeing research
These 2 hour sessions, led by David Tross, Associate Lecturer at Birkbeck, University of London, will explore the ‘Big 7’ of happiness and well-being:
- community life,
We will discuss the ways in which happiness is influenced by both individual and social factors and consider the idea of happiness in relation to our goals, desires. everyday lives and experiences.
David Tross has taught and coordinated courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level at Birkbeck for 5 years, including Community Development and Public Policy, Career and Professional Development, Introduction to HE and the UK Voluntary and Community Sector. He is also a research student in the school focusing on happiness and wellbeing in the UK.

This is a 3 week workshop taking place on Tuesday 18th April, Tuesday 25th April and Tuesday 2nd May.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for attending.
