We reflect again* on What? So what? What next?

In answering these three questions we invite you to share experiences from within your organisations as we navigate multiple ’new normals’.

In facilitated groups, we will take a moment to discuss the short and long term challenges you are facing, including exploration of what future workplaces may look like and the approaches being taken. Throughout the event we will be gathering your thoughts and experiences, and the final discussion will be focused on how the CIPD Lincolnshire Branch Committee can provide further support to you and your organisations creating the opportunity for you to influence future CIPD Lincolnshire branch events.

This will be a very interactive session, hosting discussions in break out rooms and capturing key points which will be shared during the event. You will need to ensure you have access to webcam and microphone and be in a quiet space to ensure you get the most from this event.
