We know that our hypnobirthing courses help, but we're not sure if you know! When we say "hypnobirthing" we're met with a range of responses, including blank stares, raised eyebrows, or an immediate backing off. We think you might be wondering "What the heck is all this hypno-wotsit anyway?"

To answer this and other questions here's a 2-hour workshop for pregnant women and their birth partners so you can consider how to have a better birth using hypnobirthing. Some of the workshop will be practical because it's important to DO things when you're preparing for a good birth, so please bring a couple of pillows/cushions each (yes, that includes birth partners!).
