If you're keen to learn more about what to do with your fruit harvests to ensure you get the most out of them, come along to this interactive workshop. This 60-minute workshop will be practical, with demonstrations of the various methods.

You'll learn:

How best to pick the fruit

Juicing and fermentation basics

Storage tips

At the end of the workshop you should be competant and confident to use one of the four sets of new juicing kits avialable for hire in Keighley, Shipley and Bradford.

This workshop is a fringe event of the West Yorkshire Organic Group Annual Show which is in the Main Hall. Full details here. We are in Room EG23, Shipley College Exhibition Building.
