The Digital Tech Cluster has been set up to create an environment that supports the growth of digital tech companies and creates an inclusive community that shares experience and success.

The cluster seeks to play a key role in helping ambitious digital tech start-ups and scale-ups meet their ambitious growth plans and drive innovation across the whole economy.

Pitching for investment or to investors as part of an accelerator programme is nerve-racking! This workshop will tell you what investors want to know and how to tell them.

Join our free, online workshop on 22 June and hear from STFC's James Bedford who has previously managed investment funds that invested in over 100 businesses. James has also been involved in selecting start-ups for accelerator programmes.

James will bring insights from seeing over 1000 pitches, and being sat with other investors discussing what pitches should say and how they should be communicated. This workshop is for the leaders of digital tech companies and will be followed by opportunities to practice pitching later in the year.

The workshop is run in partnership with Baltic Ventures.
