Armour that let you function, achieve, and keep moving.

But beneath it all, beneath the layers, the stories, and the weight of what went “wrong” or what was missing there is a part of you untouched by it all. A part that has been quietly waiting, even through the years you forgot it was there.

We use a simple, three-part conscious connected breathing technique, heart-based and body-led. It’s gentle but effective — designed to be accessible, even for beginners, yet powerful enough to create permanent internal shifts.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION

  • Choose a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
  • Use headphones for the full 9D sound experience
  • Avoid eating at least 2 hours before the session
  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing (no waist restriction)
  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol on the day
  • Give yourself quiet time afterwards for reflection and rest

WHAT TO BRING

  • A yoga mat or bed to lie down
  • Blanket, pillow, and an eye mask or scarf
  • Bottle of water
  • Journal and pen
  • Optional: essential oil or crystal to enhance your intention
