Join us for the re-boot of unique erotica and sexual health project 'Kayleigh Daniels Dated'

About this Event

The evening will see Kayleigh Daniels Dated Founder Almaz Ohene curate a series of film shorts, which all explore sexuality, bodies and desire.* And the Kayleigh Daniels Dated team will also welcome onboard new illustrator, Visual-Ess, who’ll be drawing all of Kayleigh's sexcapades for the rest of Season 1.

The Orgy (15 mins) is a romantic comedy about a heartbroken guy who throws caution to the wind and goes to an orgy. It is currently in development for a TV series with Clerkenwell Films (The End Of The F***ing World).

SIMBIOSIS CARNAL (11 mins) is an animated poetic journey through the history of animal evolution, desire and sexuality. An erotic story crossed by historical and contemporaneous moral conflicts with an encouraging and explosive finale.

Directed by Rocío Álvarez. Animation by Rocío Álvarez, Jeanne Boukraa, Lora D’Addazio, Nico Fong and Gwendoline Gamboa.

How to Kiss (13 mins) Enrol on the Sex School course which aims to ignite open conversations about sex. Adult performers cover the often-overlooked topic of kissing and show us just how hot it can be.

Directed by Poppy Sanchez. Produced by Anarella Martínez Madrid. Starring Lina Bembe, Bishop Black, Sadie Lune and Parker Marx.

as bare as you dare: mom undressed (11 mins)

When she came to Berlin six years ago to fulfil her dream of becoming an artist, Danielle didn’t expect that it was the things she had left behind in Israel that would end up becoming the focus of her work. With distance between her and her roots, she decided that it was time to explore her heritage. After all, what's left when someone takes off their clothes and negotiates their sexuality and vulnerability – it’s just a body.

as bare as you dare: pure fiction (9 mins)

In a light-flooded hall, standing there upon the stage is a woman and her violin. We meet writer and violinist Almaz Ohene, who introduces us to her unique erotica and sexual health project 'Kayleigh Daniels Dated'. While Kayleigh and her experiences are fictional, the author's intentions are real and very current.

//

Almaz will lead a Q&A with her documentary filmmakers, Yana Stallein and Romina Schade, who are currently working on a series of short films titled ‘as bare as you dare’, which take an intimate look at the creative processes of four women working in the arts.

This event is presented in association with: Ogilvy Roots – the Diversity and Inclusion arm of advertising agency Ogilvy, which was created in 2017 to champion greater cultural and ethnic diversity in the industry.
